Networking helps create communication channels, exchange know-how and transmit experiences and good practices from the European level to the national one. Accordingly:
- On the level of businesswomen and female unionists:
It contributes to network-building amongst female entrepreneurs, union representatives and other social partners in order to establish channels of communication, exchange and cooperation with each other and increase female participation in union organizations and in places of responsibility, through the development of collaborations, synergies and joint actions.
- On the institutional level
This action will reinforce IME/GSEVEE’s know-how on gender equality issues and broaden GSEVEE’s networking and existing synergies on the European level with various institutions, organizations similar to GSEVEE, NGOs and experts. Therefore, it contributes in strengthening GSEVEE’s negotiating abilities on gender equality issues during public consultation.
